Starring Emma Roberts, Dave Franco, Machine Gun Kelly, Juliette Lewis

A wallflower-type (Roberts) is goaded into playing an escalating cyber-game of dares called Nerve. With a bit more nerve of its own, this film could have been a truly frightening critique of modern voyeurism, mob mentality, and the desensitization that internet culture creates. As it is, the film is an entertaining popcorn flick with a few nice ideas played safely to fit its PG-13 confines.
